With the final stretch of the Fall 2013 semester coming, it seems as if term papers and exams are right around the corner. Don't fret, take a deep breath. By the end of reading this advice column of do's and don'ts, you'll be prepared more than ever to face it and ace it!
1. Don't panic
By panic I mean don't make things harder than what they already are. Just take a deep breath and step into the madness full throttle. Namaste.
2. Don't Procrastinate
You know your deadlines are approaching FAST, so don't hesitate to knock out easy work while you still have sanity.
3. Do use your time efficiently
Time management is key in the final stages of the semester...and believe it or not, in life also. Setting time aside for what is most important to what is least important can help you tremendously.
4. Do study effectively
By study I mean actually understand the material, don't just memorize it, trust me, you won't get far. If you've paid attention during the classes then there's no need to panic. The information has been embedded into your memory and you'll be able to regurgitate it on the exams or term papers as needed.
Close out the semester knowing you did an awesome job! Life isn't as hard as it may seem, just take your time and power on! Best of luck.
