College Budgetting

Whether you're just starting school, or well on your way to completing, it is important to have a budget and stick to it.

If I could go back to the beginning of the school year starting out as a freshman, I would certainly stop myself from spending so ridiculously. Budgeting my excessive spending habits, and opening a savings account would have been wise!

Don't fret! Life is about learning new things right? So with this new knowledge, take it along with your everyday life and apply it when you need it.

Some quick tips are:

1. Be conscious of your spending limit/budget

2. Gather all of the things that need to be paid, and calculate them accordingly.

3. Once you've placed money aside for those items, you'll be able to see the remaining amount of money that you have.

4. If all is planned out right, you'll have a nice amount to spend leisurely by shopping and receiving discounts or better yet, place those funds into your savings account.

Happy bugeting!!
