College bowl schedule: Pairings, dates, times of all 2013 college football bowls

See also

The 2013 college bowl schedule is now in place as it was officially announced on the evening of Sunday, Dec. 8, 2013. All of the games are set and play will begin with the Gildan New Mexico Bowl on Dec. 21, 2013, and end on Jan. 6, 2014, with the final BCS Championship game that will pit Florida State against Auburn.

With Ohio State losing to Michigan State on Saturday night, the Auburn Tigers were able to jump up into second place. That now allowed them to head to Pasadena, CA, so that they can face off with the last remaining unbeaten team in the Seminoles.

Michigan State will head to the Rose Bowl to take on Stanford. The Fiesta Bowl will see Baylor against the unexpected University of Central Florida Knights. Alabama will travel to New Orleans for the Sugar Bowl against the Oklahoma Sooners. The remaining BCS bowl will see Clemson and Ohio State tangle in the Orange Bowl.

This is the last season of the BCS system as the NCAA will move to a playoff format in 2014. That simply means that Auburn or Florida State will look to become the last BCS champion ever.
