The college basketball AP poll released their brand new rankings on Monday. As it has been for over a month, the Arizona Wildcats remain number one, followed by Syracuse. After a rough outing for a few undefeated teams, college basketball only has four unbeaten teams left. Wisconsin and Wichita State also have not lost a game this season.

CBSsportsline.com states that 11 ranked teams lost last week. Ohio State was ranked number three, but they fell in back to back games. The Buckeyes lost on the road to Michigan State and at home to Iowa.

San Diego State moved into the top 10 for the first time this season. Their only loss was to Arizona earlier in the season.

The Duke Blue Devils are hanging onto the 23rd spot in the rankings. One more loss this week, and Duke will likely be out of the rankings.

During the holiday season, the polls were really stagnant, but the AP had major changes this week. Five new teams entered the poll on Monday.

Cincinnati, Pittsburgh, and St. Louis entered the top 25 on a high note. The Oregon Ducks have gone from undefeated to out of the ranking in a little over a week.
