College basketball odds: Northwestern vs no. 12 Wisconsin

The No. 12-ranked Wisconsin Badgers (21-6, 11-4 Big Ten) enjoy a – 12 point spread against the Northwestern Wildcats (16-11, 6-10 Big Ten) in today’s college basketball odds. The Badgers are two games behind No. 3-ranked Ohio State and one game behind No. 8 Purdue.

Forward John Shurna leads the Wildcats with 17 points and 4.4 rebounds per contest, and guard Michael Thompson adds 15 points per night. However, Northwestern’s frontcourt lacks an inside presence relative to Wisconsin’s big men. Controlling rebounds will play one of the deciding factors in this game.
