Collagen induction therapy for acne scarring and stretch marks

CIT known as collagen induction therapy, skin needling, or micro channeling has been round for several years but now a new technology has emerged. This is a new non-laser technique with results similar to fractional lasers with- out the down-time. The procedure is great for anti-aging, but has proven to be effective in helping with acne scarring and stretch marks. This new procedure has virtually no down-time and results can be seen after just one treatment. The treatment can be used on almost all areas of the face and body and a series of 4-6 treatments are recommended spaced approximately 4 to 6 weeks apart depending on skin condition. If you are suffering from acne scarring this is an excellent treatment to help rebuild your collagen and smooth out those areas. Stretch marks are issues that have been hard to treat. This new technology helps smooth the area and rebuild collagen. Michigan Advanced Aesthetics is one of the first in the area to offer this new technology. Consultations are recommended to discuss treatment options and see if you are a candidate for the procedure. Treatment can be used on all skin types except for rosacea.
