Colin Kaepernick jersey may be top seller if the 49ers reach Super Bowl XLVII

Three months ago if you said “going into the 2013 NFC Championship game the hottest selling 49ers jersey may be Colin Kaepernick’s” many fans would have said “Who?”

The San Francisco 49ers are playing great football, but one 49er has been stealing the show and the spotlight of late. Second year QB Colin Kaepernick was thrust into the starting roll several weeks ago when then starter Alex Smith suffered a concussion and was forced to sit out.

Since then Kaepernick has shined and is now the new leader of the offense, and the No.7 jersey for the 49ers is selling like hot cakes!

Kaepernick’s quick success has taken the NFL world by storm as his amazing touchdown runs and celebration are all the rage right now.

Kaepernicking, as it has been dubbed by fans everywhere, has swept San Francisco by storm.

If you don’t know what that is, where have you been?

Kaepernicking took off last Saturday when QB Colin Kaepernick was caught by TV cameras celebrating his touchdowns by flexing his muscles and kissing his arm.

Sounds simple and actually kind of tame compared to what some players do after reaching the end zone, yet Kapernicking has taken off in a big way.

One thing is for sure, if the Niners reach Super Bowl XLVII, Kaepernick jerseys and Kaepernicking will be in a full frenzy!

Right now Baltimore's Ray Lewis has the top selling jersey of the four NFL teams remaining in the playoffs according to the Baltimore Sun via fanatics.com.
