Colin Kaepernick is the biggest name involved in a recent sexual assault probe in Miami. The San Francisco 49ers quarterback has been accused of sexual misconduct last week at the Viceroy hotel in downtown Miami. According to an April 10 report by the Miami Herald, the other NFL players involved in the probe are San Francisco 49ers' Quinton Patton and Seattle Seahawks' Ricardo Lockette.

The complaint was made by a woman said to have had a past sexual relationship with Kaepernick in the past. No charges have been filed at this time and details of what transpired are still hazy.

The woman who made the complaint has not been named. She claims that she went to the Viceroy, where Lockette has an apartment. Kaepernick and Patton were there with Lockette, watching a basketball game. She made drinks for all of them and poured shots. She said before she took a shot, she was told she must smoke marijuana out of a bong that was present.

The woman claims that she started feeling light headed and went to a bedroom to lie down. According to the report, Colin Kaepernick followed her to the bedroom and started kissing her. He told her that he would be right back and left the room. She claims that Lockette and Patton opened the door to the room. She asked where Kaepernick was and told them to get out.

She passed out around midnight. When she woke up the next day, she was in a local hospital and has no memory of how she got there. Any toxicology reports have not been made public. It is unclear if there was a rape kit performed on the alleged victim.

At this point, the San Francisco 49ers organization has been made aware of the situation. No comment has been issued by any of the players or their reps.
