Cole Bros Circus stops in coastal Georgia on its 2013 tour

The Cole Bros. Circus is the largest tented circus under the Big Top still traveling the country. It's been doing so for over 120 years. This year it made its annual stopover in Brunswick, Georgia where it performed shows twice a day for two days to enthusiastic crowds.

According to promotional material:

Underneath the crimson and gold canopy is a world of wonder led by Ringmaster Chris Connors. Animals featured in the 2013 performance include Asian elephants, featuring Baby Val, Princess Vicenta and her White Tigers, and the Fassio Family’s caravan of comical canines. The variety of clown acts will include The Bermudez Troupe leading the way with a bag of humorous tricks and introducing new comic duo Carlee and Charlie. Lana and Company of Kazakhstan will perform their “Quick Change and Grand Scale Illusions” in the center ring, while daredevils in the ThunderDrome, the Moto-Globe of Death and acrobat artists will take on terrifying stunts to keep the audience on the edge of their seats.

The circus will be performing at cities along the eastern seaboard throughout the coming months into the Fall thus there will be plenty of opportunities to catch a show. They are currently in various cities in North Carolina for the next week or so. Visit the Cole Bros. Circus website for tour dates.
