It has been a busy week at Universal Orlando’s CityWalk, as two familiar brands opened new franchises in the entertainment and dining complex.
On Monday, March 10, Cold Stone Creamery officially opened it's doors to everyone who has been screaming for ice cream since leaving the parking lot! It is conveniently located on the ground level next to Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. Restaurant and Market. The popular frozen treat spot offers the finest, freshest ice cream, cakes, smoothies and shakes using only the highest quality ingredients and their signature process of preparing custom ice cream creations on a frozen granite stone.
On Friday, March 14, Universal CityWalk unveiled a newly designed Starbucks located next to Cold Stone Creamery. The expanded venue is more than twice the size of the previous kiosk, and also includes outdoor seating.
Cold Stone Creamery and Starbucks join Red Oven Pizza Bakery and Antojitos Authentic Mexican Food as the latest establishments to open as part of the expansion to Universal CityWalk. Other venues slated to open in 2014 include Hot Dog Hall of Fame, VIVO Italian Kitchen, Menchie’s and The CowFish.
