Coffee: the wonders of antioxidants present in it that improve health

New reports have been released on several research results about the antioxidant benefits of Coffee. For years now there have been multitudes of cautions about the consumption of Coffee and the caffeine content it has. Here is just one, found on Wikipedia; 1 cup of coffee a day is good for you because it has anti-oxidants in it but more than 1 cup has disadvantages since it's a stimulant and a diuretic meaning you'll always be in a fight and flight mode meaning your body is constantly tense and the latter means you'll be losing more water in your body... it can also stain your teeth making it yellowish.

First to address the issue of the effects Coffee has on an individual’s teeth, consider drinking your Coffee through a straw, which assists the avid Coffee drinker by sucking this wonderful aromatic drink past the teeth, towards the back of the mouth. This will alleviate some of the staining issues, while allowing your taste buds to enjoy themselves to the fullest extent.

Although Coffee contains many bioactive compounds in it’s makeup, the most essential active ingredient is Polyphenols. Polyphenols can be found in fruits, vegetables and Green Tea, and have healthful properties that Science and the Medical industry does not dispute, but confirms the validity of these findings.
