Those of us who prefer fried foods, especially seafood, but realize that it all that oil and fat goes to your belly, butt or other flabby places can now take heart. This is the second series of articles I have written on Coconut oil, but it is worth repeating.

In effect, Coconut oil is the only oil you should use, period. On page 19 the book gives you a comparison of oils. This chapter alone is an eye opener regarding fats. Other chapters talk about the healing properties of Coconut oils. Some are amazing. And remember, no one can claim the curing of a disease, unless it has to be proven, or the AMA will be filing a lawsuit.
Fear fried foods no more my friends, but get the book first. Prove to yourself it is worth using Coconut oil for all your fried foods. Here is a tiny secret about Coconut oil.
