A taste of the tropics comes with this recipe. Fabulous with tasty tempura (sweet or savory) and perfect for poultry. However you serve this sauce, great flavor is assured.
- 1 cup chopped pineapple
- 2 cups coconut cream
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp Orange Vanilla Sugar
- 1/2 tap salt
In a saucepan, heat the coconut milk with the sugar and salt, and cook gently until the sugar has dissolved. Add the pineapple and cook gently for 5 minutes.
