If you are looking for a quick way to turn iced coffee into a more "adult," alcoholic version, here is a quick and easy cocktail that uses hazelnut syrup to give a little bit more pizzazz to the flavor. This cocktail recipe makes one tall serving of your drink.
- 1 1/2 oz rum
- 1/2 oz coffee liqueur
- 1/4 oz hazelnut syrup
- dash heavy cream (or half and half)
- In a shaker, mix all ingredients except cream.
- Strain and pour over ice.
- Finish with a dash of cream. Stir and enjoy.
