Coastal Pet Rescue and Disney

GNU V. 1.2 ~ RlLaque           "Disney in Orlando, FL at night"

Have you wanted to do a little more for the pets out there in need? You can: volunteer at a shelter or rescue. Coastal Pet Rescue (CPR) is asking for volunteers and in return they are giving you a prize. You volunteer eight hours of community service to their facility or events and they will give you one day at Disney World.

To start, you must go to their volunteer message board and create an account. Then click under “upcoming events” or “help wanted” to see what is available to help volunteering. Just post a reply to the post with your information and what times you would be available. Then go to the Disney website to create an account there for the “Disney Give a Day, Get a Day” promotion. Once your volunteer time is complete they will verify your participation with the Disney site.

This is a great way to give a little and get a little. CPR’s hope with this is to create a great volunteer relationship with many more people than they currently have. This is a great opportunity for everyone. Keep in mind that Disney’s requirements for age is no one under the age of 6 to volunteer but they must be accompanied by an adult. Get with CPR on the age requirements they may have.
