"Duck Dynasty's" Phil Robertson has made no secret that his almost fifty years of wedded bliss to his beloved Miss Kay began when she was a lass of 16, yet that seems to come as a surprise to CNN as they reported on Jan. 2, 2014.

Citing a 2009 Youtube.com video, the leader of the Family Robertson was recorded advising young men to marry their would-be brides at an early age.

"Look, you wait 'til they get to be 20 years old, the only picking that's going to take place is your pocket," Robertson stated.

"You got to marry these girls when they are about 15 or 16."

As the only expert interviewed in their report was public relations specialist Mike Paul. Paul expressed outrage when he rhetorically asked, "What is the tipping point to getting kicked off the air?"

The reputation management guru answered his own breathless question, "and the answer thus far is nothing."

CNN somehow missed Robertson adding "Check with Mom and Dad about that, of course."

"That" obviously, is getting hitched as a teen.

Not done yet, CNN also left out that it is legal in more than one-in-five of these United States for citizens as young as 15 to marry as long as they have parental permission.

Also missing from the CNN report, as cited by Breitbart.com, "in the media capitol of the world, New York, teenagers as young as 14 can marry."

Also cited, "in the state of Georgia, where CNN is headquartered, teenagers can marry at 16."
