The 2013 CMJ Music Festival may have just ended a short two months ago, but that doesn’t mean it’s too early to think about next year.

Dates for the 2014 CMJ Music Festival were announced on Friday, December 20. The festival will run from October 21 through October 25, 2014.

For the last 30 years, the CMJ Music Marathon has been bringing a diverse group of musicians to New York City for five days of non-stop music and discovery. Through hundreds of showcases and panels, the Marathon has become one of the most influential festivals for learning about new trends and discovering the next big thing in the music industry. Over those five days, more than 1,400 live performances take place in over 80 of New York City’s greatest nightclubs and theaters.

Not only have next year’s dates been announced, but registration for the festival is officially open as well. Registering early this year will guarantee one of the best deals CMJ has run. From now through December 30, you can get two for one pricing on badges. Two full access badges will only cost $300. Student badges are also discounted, with two badges for $95.

Badges can be purchased here. For more information, and to stay up-to-date on all things CMJ Festival, visit the CMJ website.
