New fitness program for 2014. You may have seen the ad flyer that came in the mail or if you belong to Club Fitness you may have seen information about “The only 20 minute workout that gets you RESULTS”.

According to the ad Club Fitness locations are introducing Rapid Results 3/20. This is a twenty minute workout that is done three times a week, giving you rapid results. It is a combination of cardio and strength training that is currently offered at some of the Illinois locations according to their Facebook fan page.

This program is included for free with your membership and is broke down into three levels of fitness so all are welcome.

Examples are:
• Squats
• Burpees
• Bench press
• Push ups
• Sit ups

Weekly workouts are posted in the club and staff members are there to help you if you have any questions. So far Alton Illinois and Granite City Illinois have posted this new program and are getting members on board.

Club Fitness has 22 locations and offers memberships starting at just ten bucks a month and 24 hour access for an upgrade cost. Not only do they offer classes, personal trainers, Zumba and Kids club some locations offer tanning, cycling, and massage.

Look for more information to be added as this program rolls out from Club Fitness, they are here to get you fit in 2014.
