Registration kicks off at 11 a.m. at Cloverdale Links and will be followed by lunch for a toonie. The shotgun start for the four-person scramble begins at 12:30 p.m.
Fees are $100 per player and $400 for a foursome.
The registration fee covers 18 holes of golf, a shared power cart and dinner that will be followed by a homemade dessert and coffee or tea.
Contests are to be a huge part of the day’s exciting activities as players can go for it in closest to the pin, beat the pro, longest drive and putting competitions. Chipping in to help raise funds will be a silent auction.
The Winchester District Memorial Hospital is a rural community teaching hospital providing personalized service for the 90,000 residents it serves.
Cloverdale Links plays to par 71 and measures 6,427 yards from the tips, 5,830 yards from the white tees and 5,150 yards from the reds.
The course is located about 45 klicks south of Ottawa on Bank Street South (Hwy. 31) between Vernon and Winchester.
