Miami Valley , Whitewater Valley, and the I-71 corridor of Ohio/Indiana:

Synopsis,
Clouds will increase with scattered showers and a few thunderstorms by dawn. These showers and storms will last into the first half of tomorrow before tapering and clearing late day behind a cold front the will slip through midday. Tomorrow night will cool down with clear skies and light winds. Over the weekend a front will sit across the region being the dividing line between very cool air North and very warm air South. We will be caught in between with temps in the 60s to near 70. Clouds and sun mixed can be expected with the chance of a few showers from time to time. A strong storm will form in the plains late weekend and move into our area by Monday. This storm could potentially bring severe weather and several days of showery cool weather after the front slips through. This system will likely stick around being cut off from the jet stream through late week.

Long range:
Cooler air will filter in from Canada staying with us through the first weekend of May.

The following is the seven day forecast for the Dayton metro area and a 50 mile radius around it. Other metro areas like Columbus, Cincinnati, and Portsmouth are not included. For those areas please request a separate
