Closed doors? Ask, seek, knock.

Thanksgiving and Christmas are also coming. Are you shuttering at the thought or rejoicing with excitement? Is your spirit closed? Is your heart shutting behind you as you run from the holidays? Jesus was born in a barn. Don't shut Him out.

Stay connected. Surround yourself with books, music, videos, podcasts, churches, and friends that will anchor you to Jesus. If you feel like you've asked, seeked, and knocked on the doors of love, hope, and opportunity with no answer, don't give up. Just keep swimming.

The holiday season can be warm with love and joy if we stay focused on our God.
