Clive Davis is bisexual: The legendary music producer opens up to Katie Couric (Video)

Clive Davis is bisexual, and he disclosed it to Katie Couric on her show, TMZ reports on Feb. 20, 2013. The 80-year-old legendary music producer and father of four, famous for discovering Whitney Houston, Janis Joplin, Bruce Springsteen, Alicia Keys, Barry Manilow, and Santana, among others, has a memoir coming out called "The Soundtrack of My Life."

Said Davis to Couric, "I'm still attracted to women. You don't have to be only one thing or another. For me, it's the person. I'm in a monogamous relationship. I respect monogamy, and I hope that this is understood.

Davis is also in the news for another reason. Reportedly, his tell-all memoir includes scathing remarks about singer Kelly Clarkson, whose career he also helped to launch. Clarkson, 30, took to her Twitter and WhoSay accounts to lash out at the music producer. "So I just heard Clive Davis is releasing a memoir and spreading false information about me and my music. I refuse to be bullied, and I just have to clear up his memory lapses and misinformation for myself and for my fans. It feels like a violation. Growing up is awesome because you learn you don't have to cower to anyone - even Clive Davis."
