Clint Eastwood’s divorce battle continues as he is now asking a judge to deny his wife Dina Eastwood spousal support, according to UPI on Friday.

The Oscar-winning actor and director, 83, has filed documents which ask the judge in his divorce case – which was filed for on Oct. 13, 2013 by Dina Eastwood – to turn down his wife’s request for spousal support, citing a prenuptial that reportedly lays out his wife’s rights.

Also, Clint Eastwood is challenging his wife’s desire for full custody of their 16-year-old daughter Morgan. He wants physical custody of the minor himself.

He asserts that his marriage was over in June 2012 when the two separated.

Irreconcilable differences were the reason the wife filed papers to dissolve her 17-year marriage to Eastwood.

History of their court-related actions involves Dina Eastwood having filed for a legal separation in September of this year, and then dismissing her court filing just two days later. Then she filed for divorce the next month. As mentioned here, Clint Eastwood has now filed papers of his own to challenge spousal support and custody of their daughter.
