Click to read the Constitution, Declaration of Independence, Gadsden Flag

Going into this election cycle, there is a lot of talk from politicians and interest groups about constitutionality, freedom, and liberty.

Perhaps there is no better time to read for ourselves what the Constitution of the United States and the Declaration of Independence have to say.

Take a stroll back through time and revisit what the Founders originally intended.

Here is a link to the Constitution from our government archives.  Here is a link to the Bill of Rights from the same source. Be sure and get the full experience by clicking on the different headings in each document.

For the history enthusiast, you can also check out information on our Founding Fathers, including the Federalist Papers, American Flags, and the history of the United States of America from the Revolution onward.

In addition, if you are a fan of the Gadsden Flag - "Don't Tread on me" - click here!
