ArtPalmBeach celebrates its 16th Anniversary at the Palm Beach County Convention Center from January 25-28, 2013 with a Preview evening January 24. This year's show features groundbreaking artists, global diversity and educational perspective.
One of the galleries participating in this year's fair is Contessa, Cleveland’s finest gallery specializing in Old and Modern Masters as well as the most prominent American and International artists living today. Among the artists the Gallery will feature in its booth at ArtPalmBeach are Hanneke Beaumont, Harry Benson, Natvar Bhavsar, Henri Cartier-Bresson, Alex G. Cao, Lynn Chadwick, Chuck Close, David Datuna, Jim Dine, David Drebin, Karen Gunderson, Robert Indiana, Jasper Johns, Jane Manus, David Mitchell, Louise Nevelson, Pablo Picasso, Robert Rauschenberg, James Rosenquist, Lucas Samaras, Frank Stella, Robert Swedroe and Andy Warhol.
Contessa is owned by Steven Hartman, who began collecting art in his early twenties. After a very successful career as an investment advisor and Vice-President of UBS/PaineWebber, he opened The Contessa Gallery to fulfill his dream of becoming a fine art dealer. Mr. Hartman has won several art industry awards, and is on the Editorial Advisory Board of Art World News Magazine.
Mr. Hartman has served on the boards of numerous charitable organizations and privately held companies. He is a University of Michigan graduate, a recipient of the prestigious “40 under 40” award by Crains Cleveland Business, and is a graduate of the Wexner Heritage Leadership
Development Program.

In 2012, ArtPalmBeach was marked with outstanding attendance and strong sales. The fair welcomed a record attendance during the five-day run.
