The weather looks absolutely perfect for this Wednesday as the Cleveland Orchestra will be tuning up for the annual “Star-Spangled Spectacular” free concert that will be held on Public Square in Downtown Cleveland, Ohio. The Orchestra will be performing under the direction of Loras John Schissel and the concert will begin at 9:00 p.m.

Prior to the concert, “Make Music” videos that were submitted and chosen will be shown on the giant screen on Public Square starting at 7:00 p.m. Along with this, a line-up of Cleveland gourmet food trucks will be on hand to provide a variety of gourmet cuisines for concert goers.

This concert marks the 25th year that the Cleveland Orchestra has presented this free community musical review in downtown Cleveland as each year the crowds get bigger and bigger.

The concerts are financed by a combination of public and private partnerships with the residents of Cuyahoga County taking the lead through Cuyahoga Arts and Culture. This year’s concert has KeyBank as the official corporate sponsor
