Grab you ‘Wellies’ and learn all about streams and creeks. Join EnviroScience Stream Engineer Joel Bingham for a wet walk through a section of stream in the West Creek Reservation. Appropriate footwear cat can get wet and muddies is recommended. The program is designed for teens and adults with registration required. The Monarch Bluff Picnic Area is located behind the Watershed Stewardship Center off West Ridgewood Drive, between State and Broadview roads in Parma. Birds & the Beach

Did you know that we are on a major flyway for migrating birds? Well, We Are! Millions of warblers, orioles, thrushes, flycatchers and kinglets pass through here in the fall. Join Naturalist Jen Brumfield for a walk along the beach trail in search of these migrating species who depend on Cleveland’s lakefront green space to survive. This program is for young adults and older. The hike will meet in the lower lake parking lot. Edgewater Beach is located at 6700 Memorial Shoreway, off of OH-2 in Lakefront Reservation in Cleveland. Full Moon Over the City

There is nothing more romantic than a full moon. Bring your blanket and someone you love to watch the full moon rise over the Acacia Reservation. Listen to the evening music of the katydids, crickets and other dusk and nocturnal critters while learning something new from a naturalist.
