Johnny Manziel is a Cleveland Brown, and the fans are excited. But then again, Browns fans are always excited. It's a new season with a new team, so the anticipation is high. The season is about to get started, with training camp beginning tomorrow, July 26. This years Cleveland Browns Training Camp will take place from July 26 through August 15. Today, all players reported to the team headquarters in Berea.
If you want to attend a training camp session, things are a little different this time around. New this year, you have to get tickets in advance to attend camp. The tickets are free, but days will sell out. The first six days of this years camp are already at full capacity. You can get your free tickets by registering here. Each person who registers can request tickets for up to four training camp days, and a maximum of five tickets per session. Parking is also different this year. Fans are required to park at Baldwin Wallace, not along the side streets. From there, just make your way down Beech Street from Baldwin Wallace and right into the team’s practice facility. Gates will open one hour before each session begins.
A Browns Team Shop will be at the camp, as well as concession stands and some of Cleveland's favorite food trucks. Children ages 12 and under are selected each day at random to obtain a player autograph. Tokens are given to those selected, which may be redeemed at the autograph tents after the session. Tokens are redeemed by the first available player in each tent and players signing schedule is not announced.
For the seventh consecutive year the Cleveland Browns Foundation has teamed up with Shoes and Clothes to ensure that Greater Cleveland's Kids in need return to school will all the tools they need to succeed. If you are registered to attend a session during the first week of camp, July 26 through August 1, the Browns ask that you bring new schools supplies to help support their Back to School Campaign.
