Much cooler and less humid air will settle in overnight with lows near 60 by dawn. Tomorrow will be sunny with highs in the lower 80s as high pressure settles in. Less humid air will be the story until late Friday when a Southerly flow returns bringing temps back to near 90. A few storms will be possible late Friday but its not really until Saturday evening when scattered storms become more wide spread lasting through most of next week. A continued ridge over the Eastern US will keep temps warm and humidity high. Storm systems will ride along the ridge dropping into the upper Ohio Valley giving the region bouts of strong storms with gusty winds and heavy rains. Between storms temperatures will be warm with high humidity making for higher heat indices near 95 at times.
