The Land Bank is continuing the 'Clean & Green' program this year, and the deadline is fast approaching.
An application can be picked up at the Land Bank at 452 S. Saginaw Street on the 2nd floor, or found online.
A requirement of a 25 lot minimum is set, with options to do more.
It is required you have your own tools; and Liability Insurance or a waiver form, signed by each participant / parent or guardian, are mandatory.

If you think about it, even if you don't want to be an active participant...there's a million other things to be, to help some kids find there place in making Flint better.

Maintenance begins in April, and has a 3 week schedule (mowing lots every 3 weeks?), continuing until Fall; culminating in a End of Season Celebration!
Supervision is required at all times, no kids in Danger!
2013 Clean & Green Statistics:
- 46 participating groups
- maintained over 1,360 lots
- included 200 youth participants
- Completed more than 10,400 "mowings"
