Raise your hand if you remember playing R.B.I. Baseball on the NES back in the 80s?
Well I certainly do and aside from Bases Loaded, was easily the baseball game I played the most, and it was also the only one that was licensed by the Major League Baseball Players Association, so real players were actually in the game.
Today, MLBAM announced that the series is coming back after a two decade hiatus with R.B.I. Baseball 14.
The game is set to return this spring on current and next-gen platforms, as well as on mobile devices. The game's official website is still under construction but you can check it out at RBIGame.com, and also follow it via Twitter @RBIGame.
No word on whether or not the game will have that old-school feel to it or will be updated to look like modern games such as MLB The Show from Sony.
