Liz Kettle and Ruth Chandler, co-authors of “Fabric Embellishments: The Basics and Beyond,” will present art quilt workshops that will help you explore art in fabric and stitch. Lance Green will lead private classes in acrylic painting for beginners to masters. He’ll meet one-on-one or with small groups at mutually convenient times and days. Rates are $30 per hour for individuals or $25 per hour for three or more people. Green supplies paint and brushes, but students should bring one or two 30-by-40-inch canvases.
