Clark County Democratic Central Committee Meeting and Officer elections

The Clark County Democratic Party Executive Board elections will be held tomorrow July 30, 2011.

Who: Clark County Democratic Central Committee Meeting

What: Officer Elections

When: July 30, 2011, 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm

Where: IBEW #357 Union Hall

808 N. Lamb Blvd.

Las Vegas, NV 89110

Although voting will remain open until 4:00 p.m., you are encouraged to arrive at the beginning of the meeting to help establish a quorum. Those members who wish to vote later in the day should plan on arriving no later than 3:45 p.m. in order to get checked in and receive your ballot before 4:00.

In the event that an individual arrives in time to vote and is not on the membership list, a process will be in place for them to verify their membership. Subject to that verification, they will be permitted to vote. In the event verification is not obtained, they will need to be nominated and voted in by a majority of central committee members present, but as noted above, will not be able to vote until the following meeting.
