Come join the culinary expertise of the Minority Chef Summit for a formal dining experience that unites the Clara White Mission's vision of sustainability with the stewardship of Sysco foods. The evening includes a five-course dinner & cocktail reception to be served on the grounds of White Harvest Farms (Sysco Properties, 1501 Lewis Industrial Drive, Jacksonville, Florida 32236) from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
It may be Black History Month, but Jacksonville, Florida is establishing a new savory history of its own. Chef DeJuan Roy of the famed Alhambra Theatre & Dining, will be the host of The Minority Chef’s Summit premiere gala.
