Carnival Cruise lines has another problem at sea. Two more ships are having issues, the Carnival Legend. The boat left at full power last sunday, but it's having a problem with the ship's engine keeping it from going at top speed.
They are headed straight for Tampa and will be back on their scheduled time on sunday morning. One passenger stated that they were getting frustrated. The Legend went to the aid of the Triumph last month during the debacle last month.
The latest cruise ships have propellers, newer ships have pods. THe pod is having a technical problem. The Carnival dream is still stuck in St. Martin. All 4000 passengers from the Dream will be flown back this weekend.
Both times the cruise line will refund passengers. They will also be giving passengers a discount of 50% if they choose to take another cruise.
