CityMusic Cleveland to hold series of free concerts as well as benefit

City Music Cleveland Chamber Orchestra will be holding a series of free concerts under the direction of Avner Dorman and featuring Stacey Mastrian, soprano; Sarah Beaty, mezzo-soprano; Joshua Blue, tenor; Seth Nachimson, tenor; Joseph Trumbo, bass with Quire Cleveland. They will be performing Franz Schubert’s Mass No. 6 in E flat major, D950.

The concert is free and open to the public. No tickets are required. The performances will be held:

May 15, 7:30 p.m.
Lakewood Congregational Church,

May 16, 8:00 p.m.
St. Noel Church,
Willoughby Hills

May 17, 8:00 p.m.
Shrine Church of St. Stanislaus,

May 18, 2:30 p.m.

CityMusic Cleveland to hold benefit

Violinist Gil Shaham will be the special guest during a benefit celebrating City Music Cleveland’s 10th anniversary. The event is scheduled for May 23, 2014 and will be held at the Shaker Heights Country Club.

Guest Ticket $200 each ($100 tax deduction)

$300 ($200 tax deduction)
