Looking for a family-friendly location to celebrate July 4th? Over the past several years, the CITYCENTRE district has become a favorite for Houstonians from around the city, many who start their day off on the numerous restaurant patios that surround the development's central plaza before gearing up for the evening's complimentary line up of live music and fireworks.
This year, CITYCENTRE makes it a four-day affair with entertainment beginning on July 3 and carrying through to July 6, 2014.
Look for these musical performances:
July 3, Legendary Rhythm Bandits bring their classic rock sounds to the district from 7 until 10 pm.
July 4, In celebration of Independence Day, 90's country tunes come courtesy of Mustache The Band starting at 7 pm with fireworks following at 9:30 pm.
July 5, The M-80's hit the stage with a New Wave playlist from 7 until 10 pm, and the weekend concludes on July 6 with The Coconuts' Jimmy Buffet influenced rock from 5 until 8 pm.
Make it a staycation with special rates at Hotel Sorella CITYCENTRE, where the best seats in the house on July 4th are at Monnalisa bar's poolside terrace. CITYCENTRE is located at 800 Town & Country Boulevard.
