'City of Yellow Roses' campaign includes enormous yellow rose bouquet on display

Valentine’s Day is just around the corner and North Star is joining forces with the San Antonio Convention & Visitors Bureau for the third annual “City of Yellow Roses” campaign. The goal is to promote travel to San Antonio and to encourage local residents to take advantage of romantic special offers within the area.

The Enormous Yellow Rose Bouquet is at the center of this campaign and will be on display at North Star and The Shops at La Cantera. Both shopping malls will be offering shopping promotions as part of this “City of Yellow Roses” campaign. During this time shoppers who spend $100 or more at North Star will receive a free $10 Shop Etc mall gift card while supplies last. Visit the mall sites for details on this and other deals.

Across the city San Antonio will be transformed into the “City of Yellow Roses” with offers of romantic hotel packages, dining and attraction specials from February 7 – February 16.

Locals can get details on “staycation” deals at CityofYellowRoses site and the San Antonio Convention & Visitors Bureau that include hotel/spa packages, dining at some of the city’s best spots, Hill Country getaways and romantic getaways.
