Due to vacancies on various City of Laurel boards, commissions and committees, there are a number of openings at this time. There are volunteer positions available on the Planning Commission, Board of Trustees-Retirement Plan, Parks and Recreation Citizens Advisory Committee and the Laurel Civic Improvement Committee.
