Looking for a great way to break up your Friday lunch hour?  Why not check out the artists’ reception for the City of Las Vegas Employee Art Exhibit happening today (December 10, 2010) from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the City Hall Bridge Gallery in Las Vegas.

Participating artists include Ken Carr, Margaret DeClerk, Noelle Garcia, Rosanna Herrara-Garcia, Nancy Kennehan, Elias Samorano, Rita Schoonmaker, Jenny Smith, Lisa Stamanis, Jeanne Voltura, and Sandra Ward. 

This exhibit, juried by Clark County’s Cultural Supervisor Diane Bush, runs until January 28, 2011.  Gallery hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

The City Hall Bridge Gallery is located at 400 Stewart Avenue.  Visitors may reach the gallery through the second floor of the Las Vegas City Hall parking garage on the southeast corner of Stewart Avenue and Fourth Street.  Parking is paid by meter only.  Admission is free.  For more information, call (702) 229-1012.
