Circle Players will host auditions for the contemporary rock musical ‘Next to Normal’ on January 26th and 27th. The musical focuses on a suburban household as they cope with the unpredictability of a mother's worsening bipolar disorder. The Broadway production of ‘Next to Normal’ won several Tony Awards in 2009 and the Pulitzer Prize for Drama in 2010.

Auditions will take place at the Circle Players rehearsal space, located on the back side of the Madison Square Shopping Center at 801 N. Gallatin Pike between Due West Ave. and Old Hickory Blvd.
Those auditioning should bring 16-32 bars of sheet music in your key of a contemporary musical theatre song in the style of the show. Piano accompaniment or CD player will be provided; No A Cappella.
Performances will be April 4 – 14, 2013, at Lipscomb University Shamblin Theater.
