Cinco De Mayo Quesadilla

The quesadilla is one of the easiest Mexican foods to make, and also one of the most delicious foods to make as well.  Here is how to make one...

What you need

  • flour or corn tortillas
  • cheese
  • oil

Pour about half a tablespoon of oil in a pan, with the heat at a medium-high.  Put your tortilla on the pan, and cook it until it is a golden brown.  Flip the tortilla over, and place your cheese on half of the tortilla.  Fold the tortilla in half, and cook on both sides, making sure that the cheese melts.  And that's it!

Now there are different varieties of quesadillas, and you can start experimenting by putting a meat inside, or different seasonings, making guacamole and putting some on the quesadilla, but in whichever you way you choose to make your quesadilla - it is hard to go wrong with one.

Happy fifth of May!
