What you need
- flour or corn tortillas
Pour about half a tablespoon of oil in a pan, with the heat at a medium-high. Put your tortilla on the pan, and cook it until it is a golden brown. Flip the tortilla over, and place your cheese on half of the tortilla. Fold the tortilla in half, and cook on both sides, making sure that the cheese melts. And that's it!
Now there are different varieties of quesadillas, and you can start experimenting by putting a meat inside, or different seasonings, making guacamole and putting some on the quesadilla, but in whichever you way you choose to make your quesadilla - it is hard to go wrong with one.
