Cincinnati vs. North Carolina Belk Bowl live stream coverage is available Saturday (Dec. 28). The TV game start time will be 3:20 p.m. ET on ESPN and that live stream coverage will be available through the Watch ESPN application. According to a report from ESPN on Saturday, the updated odds have the North Carolina as 2 1/2 point favorites to win the 2013 Belk Bowl.

Week 17 Expert Predictions

Quarterback Brendon Kay will try to lead the 9-3 Cincinnati Bearcats to the victory and add to his impressive statistics from the season. He has passed for 3,121 yards and 22 touchdowns so far, showing that the team could potentially put up a lot of points this weekend. Unfortunately he is playing in enemy territory, which is why the North Carolina Tar Heels are favored to win this game.

North Carolina finished the season with a 6-6 record in ACC play, losing their last game of the season 27-25 to the Duke Blue Devils. The team is ranked No. 23 in the nation in passing yards and averages 32.2 points per game. Now they get to play in a bowl game that is almost at home, as it will take place at a "neutral location" inside North Carolina.

The Cincinnati vs. North Carolina Belk Bowl live stream coverage will be available at kickoff for the game and will immediately follow the Rutgers vs. Notre Dame bowl game right before it.
