On Thursday, February 6, the store will host a premier cigar & Scotch dinner at The Capital Grille in Scottsdale. It will feature four whiskys from Johnnie Walker, including the Johnnie Walker Blue 200 Year Anniversary, Double Black, Platinum Label and Gold Reserve, presented by special guest Dr. Tom Turner, Master of Whisky.
The beverages will be paired with a meal prepared by Chef Travis of The Capital Grille, including smoked pork shoulder, roasted pork tenderloin and warm butter cake with butter pecan ice cream.
The dinner begins at 6:30 pm and costs $125 per person plus sales tax and gratuity. For reservations, call 480-348-1700.
On Thursday, February 20th, Cigar King returns to the Sanctuary for their first cigar dinner of 2014 at the famed resort as they welcome special guests KC Johnson and Dan Welsh of L'Atelier Cigars. Details on the menu are still being finalized, but with noted chef Beau McMillan in charge of the food and drink, the details shouldn't disappoint.
