That boom you heard last week wasn’t from an asteroid, it was the sound of girl’s soccer exploding in Orange County (just check out all the O.C. high school soccer recruits who signed letters of intent on February 7).
And this is why the playoffs are so popular and so important to prep sports fans all over the county, not to mention the country.
The 2nd Round of the 2013 CIF-SS Ford Girls Soccer Championships presented by Farmers will be played Tuesday, February 19. All matches start at 5 p.m. (unless otherwise noted).
