Chuck Schumer believes Ted Cruz is responsible for Obama policy failures

Sen. Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y. clearly does not like his fellow senator, Ted Cruz, republican from Texas. According to a January 26, 2014 post on RealClearPolitics, he expressed incredulity about Cruz’s belief that President Obama’s policies have not worked.

“Well, a lot of it sort of Alice in Wonderland. He says the president's policies haven't worked, but he hasn't let them go in to affect. He's blocked just about everyone.”

One wonders what Schumer is talking about. The slam against Cruz’s fight to defund Obamacare was that it wouldn’t work. In fact the health care law went into effect despite his best efforts and then immediately went off the rails.

One supposes that Schumer thinks that Cruz is responsible for the bug laden signup website, as well as the fact that so many people have lost their health insurance and the fact that so many people, especially the young and the healthy, have declined to sign up for Obamacare health care insurance. Perhaps there are other Obama administration policy failures that Cruz is responsible for as well.

As Instapundit’s Glenn Reynolds once said, it is as if the man had super powers or something.
