Chrome for Mac released with extension support

Chrome for Mac now has support for extensions.

Google has updated the dev channel for the Chrome web browser, including extension support. For those of you brave enough to install the dev channel on your Mac, you can now experience what Windows and Linux users have had for a little while now. You can read more about the update here: Dev Channel Update. You can also check out all the tasty extensions available here: Chrome extensions.

This gives Google's Chrome web browser another leg up in the market, even after it overtook Apple's Safari recently in user share. With extensions on Mac, there should be even more users migrating over from Safari.

What do you think? Is Google's Chrome finally a browser fit for daily use on all platforms? Or is it still growing? Let us know in the comments!

This techno stuff drives me nuts I don't get most of it. Give me the computer I can make it dance but tell me what it is I don't get it. :)

I married a software developer and he tries to explain all the "techno" stuff as CJ calls it. :-)
