Cop killer Christopher Dorner has reportedly been found in a cabin in Big Bear after attempting to rob a family of their white pickup truck. After exchanging gunshots with police, wounding two, Dorner is now barricaded in a cabin with authorities surrounding the premises.
The two wounded police officers have not yet been evacuated from the cabin because the situation remains too dangerous. A total of three emergency vehicles have been spotted heading to the scene of the shootout.
Dorner is said to be heavily armed and prepared to take down police officers.
The area around the scene, including the local schools remains on lock down as the suspect is still held up in the cabin.
With two police officers already down, other officers are being extremely cautious as Dorner awaits the LAPD's next move.
