Christmas year round in Sevierville

See also

No matter what time of year it is, when you drive by Country Christmas and Collectible in Sevierville, the light displays outside are sure to grab your attention. The business not only displays these fantastic illuminating creations, they also make them in a non-descript workshop on the hill above the store. In fact, many of the custom displays made right here in Sevierville line the streets of Sevierville and other Smoky Mountain towns during Winterfest. You will also find their creations in towns scattered all across the country (and even Canada).

While the light displays are a big part of the business, it is far from all that you will find here. The store itself is 23-thousand square feet of everything Christmas. As soon as you walk in the door you will feel like you have been transported to a time and place where it is always "the most wonderful time of the year." One of the signature items at Country Christmas and Collectibles is the "snowing" Christmas tree. They come in various sizes and create the illusion that it is snowing no matter how warm it might be inside. The store also has trees in a variety of colors, themes and even a few that are upside down.

Are you into Christmas collectibles? Then you might want to give this store a look. While it isn't as "famous" as its competitor, "The Christmas Place" just up the road, you would be hard pressed to find the assortment of collectible found here. One of the biggest collections is nativity sets which include the internationally renowned Fontanini Collection. In fact, the designers of these exquisite works of art paid a visit here back in November. One of the collections stands several feet and will set you back thousands of dollars. Don't worry if you can't buy the big Fontanini Collection, there are plenty of much more affordable options in this simple, yet grand store.

Ornaments in a variety of themes and styles decorate trees throughout the store. You can even find ornaments and decorations for some other holidays like Halloween. So, if you still need something for your tree, a last minute gift, or just need a little something more to get you in the Christmas spirit then why not make a stop at this store. It's just a mile or so off exit 407 and just a short jaunt away from Shadrack's Christmas light show at Smokies Stadium, another great way to get into the holiday spirit.
