Christmas with triplets after losing four babies is a good reason in itself for a family to celebrate. After losing four babies during pregnancies, a couple is celebrating Christmas with their new triplets. Anna Mitchell, 30, and her husband, Nick, in Mansfield, UK have tried starting a family for years, but to no avail. A Dec.16 report by Inquisitr reveals that for the couple, Christmastime has been nothing but a harsh reminder that they have not been able to have children.
Now that there will be Christmas with triplets after losing four other babies during many pregnancies, Anna and her husband are excited to decorate for the holidays this year and really take part in it.
The report stated that Anna lost her first two babies due to an ectopic pregnancy. She had to have one of her fallopian tubes removed soon after and was warned that getting pregnant again could be dangerous.
“It was life-threatening to me to lose these babies as each time my fallopian tube could have burst,” Anna said.
She found out she was pregnant in 2010 and also lost that baby.
When Anna's mother died, she inherited a good sum of money that was used to begin IVF treatments. She got pregnant a fourth time and lost that baby as well due to an ectopic pregnancy. Just when it seemed impossible to imagine any couple attempting another probable disappointment again, Anna had IVF done again. She was pregnant in 2012 with not one baby, but three of them.
Over the summer Anna and Nick had triplets born via Caesarean section. The happy parents will be celebrating Christmas with triplets after enduring so much pain in losing four babies over the years. They see it as a true blessing from heaven and Anna's mother.
Summer, Joseph, and Jacob are reportedly healthy infants and doing well.
“It will be the most amazing Christmas ever this year, with our three gifts from heaven," Anna said. "I’ve decorated the house from top to toe, and I know that somewhere out there, mum is looking down on us. Having three babies has made up for all that heartbreak. And it’s all thanks to mum and her amazing gift that we are going to have the best Christmas ever.”
What a beautiful story about this couple celebrating Christmas with triplets after losing four children during pregnancy. It will undoubtedly be one of the best Christmases they will rejoice in.
